<span>Couper la viande en cubes de 2 \u00e0 3 centim\u00e8tres de c\u00f4t\u00e9. Remuer r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement (ne pas couvrir), la viande doit se colorer de tous les c\u00f4t\u00e9s, elle va finir par rendre pas mal de jus. Retirer la cocotte du feu, mettre la viande dans un plat en conservant le jus dans la cocotte.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"recipe-step-list__container\">\n<div class=\"recipe-step-list__head\"><span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"recipe-step-list__head\"><span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>\u00c9tape 6<\/strong> <\/span>&#8211; Diluer la cassonade dans le jus de viande et mettre sur le feu \u00e0 fond pour le r\u00e9duire de moiti\u00e9.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"recipe-step-list__head\"><span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>\u00c9tape 7<\/strong><\/span>&#8211; Une fois r\u00e9duit, mettre le feu au mini et remettre le m\u00e9lange lard-oignons en le m\u00ealant au &lsquo;sirop&rsquo;, ajouter la viande et re-m\u00e9langer, ajouter le bouquet garni et recouvrir de bi\u00e8re entre (80 cl et 1 litre), saler tr\u00e8s l\u00e9g\u00e8rement.<\/span><span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"recipe-step-list__head\"><span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>\u00c9tape 8<\/strong><\/span> : Recouvrir d\u00e9licatement toute la surface avec le pain d&rsquo;\u00e9pices &lsquo;moutard\u00e9&rsquo;.
